Mr. Hrithik Malhotra is a co-founder of the firm. He is a graduate and an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 5 years standing in the profession. Having exposure of working with one of the Big Four (PWC) for 2 years.

He has wide experience in the field of internal audit, risk advisory services, IFC, IFCR, SOP, Designing of Risk control matrix of many Listed companies.

His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services. He has held leadership roles and has been in the fore front in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach. He has been involved in various social activities throughout his life apart from his profession.

CA Anurag Sharma (Partner)
B.Com, ACA, LLB

Specialization: Statutory Audit, Ind As and Indirect Taxation

He is a graduate and an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over extensive 5 years standing in the profession. Having exposure of working with one of the Big Four (Deloitte) for 2.5 years.

He has vast prolific experience in statutory audits, statutory requirements and regulations, accounting standards and practices in listed organizations & IT Companies. He is currently handling indirect taxation role also including GST Cases and Appeals.


CA Himanshu Jain (Partner)
B.Com, FCA, DISA

Specialization: GST Consultancy, Income tax Case Appeals, and Raid Cases

He has joined the firm as a partner in 2020 having a strong background in financial audits and taxation. Extensive experience in conducting bank concurrent audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying areas for risk mitigation and process improvement.
Proficient in managing income tax cases, representing clients in assessments and appeals, and providing strategic tax planning and advisory services.

He is also having experting in GST compliance and litigation, adept at handling GST assessments, appeals, and resolving complex GST-related issues.

He has Joined the firm as a partner in 2020. Having in depth knowledge of complexities of Indian Financial environment and its various regulations. He possess Skill in handling complex audit processes, ideal for IT companies with intricate financial structures.
